The 2025 Canadian Senior National Championships will be held at the Richmond Oval on July 18 – 20. Anyone who wishes to compete in the tournament, please register online and E-transfer the payment to BCTTA. TTCAN will accept entries from each province only.

*BCTTA is hosting this 2-star sanctioned tournament aiming for the target players (u13, U11and U9) to gain more rating points and be higher ranked position in the TTCAN’s rating system. Therefore our BC youth players will be drawn to the better round-robin groups if they compete in the TTCAN’s Target Group Selection tournament on April 24 (location is TBD). We encourage all youth players to play their best to win.
The visSPORT is offering 4 training sessions on Bystander Intervention which we all have a responsibility to create a safe environment and safely intervene.
The training is a great tool to gain practical skills to prevent harm in your sport. The virtual delivery lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes and NCCP professional development points are available for participants.
The party is back again in Moscrop Secondary School. This is second time in a row for Moscrop hosted this event.

The BCTTA visited the North Shore Table Tennis Club on Saturday May 6 to see for ourselves a unique program created by coach Luba Sadovska designed to improve the physical and mental health of persons living with Parkinson’s and other neurological disorders.

The proposed Windermere Table Tennis Court moved a big step forward towards becoming a reality on May 2 with a $45,000 grant from Health Minister Adrian Dix. Vancouver’s first and only dedicated outdoor table tennis court is the brainchild of Windermere PE department head Brad White, a tennis, squash and table tennis enthusiast and teacher behind the newly constructed Windermere Community Fitness Park (WCFP). Construction will begin soon, and the table tennis court will open sometime this summer.
