IMPORTANT NOTICE for Tournament

  1. There are 4 team events. Each team consists of 2 players. No gender restriction. All Team events are non-sanctioned, limited to 24 teams per team event. First-come, first-served.
  2. Each player must register the same recorded name as their ranking in the TTCAN rating system. Seeding will be based on the TTCAN May 2026 Ranking. Each player must register for the team event individually with the team’s name and the captain’s name.
  3. Age 55 + and 65 + singles are non-sanctioned, limited to 24 players per event.
  4. A USA player must report his/her US rating points.
  5. Each player can not register for more than one single event if these events are scheduled at the same time.  All singles events are limited to 24 players except Women’s singles. Each player can register for only one team event scheduled on the same day.
  6. For any tournament technical issues, the referee’s decision is the final decision.
  7. Cancellation must be submitted by email to “bcttatournament@gmail.com” before May 10, 7pm, and a $20 administration fee will be applied. No refund will be allowed if the cancellation is after May 10, 8pm.
  8. Cash awards are subject to change depending on the number of entries.
  9. Any event with fewer than 4 entries will be cancelled or combined.
  10. The tournament committee reserves the right to evaluate the unrated players if there is a doubt of overrating in any event. Any player who is found to be overrated in the event will be removed from that event with or without a refund. The tournament committee will make a decision.
  11. Each player is responsible for his/her practice ball.
  12. Each player is responsible for his/her personal belongings.
  13. Each player is responsible for reading the prospectus carefully.
