IMPORTANT NOTICE for Tournament

1. Each player must register the same recorded name as his/her on the TTCAN rating system. Seeding will be based on TTCAN Sept Ranking.
2. Singles events are sanctioned. Membership is required.
3. A USA player must report his/her US rating points.
4. Each player can register for only one event if these events are scheduled at the same time.
5. Cancellation must be submitted by email to bcttatournament@gmail.com before Sept 21at 3 pm, and A $20 administration fee will be applied. No refund will be allowed if the cancellation is after Sept 21.
6. Cash awards are subject to change depending on the number of entries.
7. The tournament committee reserves the right to combine or cancel the event if there are fewer than 4 entries.
8. The tournament committee reserves the right to remove any player if they are overrated at their registered event at any time.
9. Each player is responsible for their practice ball.
10. A Parking Map is attached; A parking ticket must be purchased at the ticket station.
