We created the BCTTA Shop to act as a fund raising entity for the BCTTA, a non-profit, provincial sports-governing agency dedicated to promoting the sport of table tennis in BC. The proceeds from all sales go towards outreach programs and events to promote table tennis in all communities.

In supplying the store with great products at a fair price, we considered several of the large scale t-shirt and clothing suppliers online but we were disappointed at the consistently lengthy waits for order fulfilment and at the hidden brokerage costs the BCTTA would have to absorb. In the end, it was a no-brainer. For quality assurance, efficient communication and the cheapest possible cost for a quality product, we elected to stay local and partnered with Blue Sky T-shirts, a Vancouver-based clothing supplier and printer. Blue Sky has a stellar reputation and has served clients in Vancouver for decades. So you can expect a great t-shirt, hoodie or baseball cap for a fair price, delivered in time for your friend’s birthday!

1. First off, read the tournament details, posted for each tournament.
2. Click on the register button at the bottom of the tournament details post.
3. This takes you to the tournament page in the BCTTA Shop.
4. Read over the details carefully which include step-by-step instructions on how to add events you’d like to enter to your cart.
5. View your cart.
6. Click on the “PayPal” button to pay now.
7. Click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button to select the “Cash on Delivery” radio button instead of the pre-selected PayPal radio button.
8. Click on the “Place Order” button and you’re done! Note that payment in full must be received by the posted deadline in order to qualify for enter a tournament.

Easy. For each tournament we release a tournament notice, publishing it online and in the form of a PDF file. Each tournament notice includes an email address to contact the tournament director. Contact the tournament director to register.

When your order is received, it’s sent to Blue Sky, our local clothing supplier for printing. Once the printing is complete, we mail your purchase to you. From placing your order to receiving your purchase takes about 7-10 days. We appreciate your patience!

The BCTTA is able to offer you these quality clothing items at fair prices in part because we print our orders locally on demand, benefitting another small business while saving the unnecessary expense of maintaining an inventory of all the items we carry. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for anything we sell and we suggest you confirm sizes and colours before submitting your order. We will, however, replace defective items. We try our best to keep shipping costs down by sending your purchase via Canada Post “standard” rate. We have calculated a Canada-wide flat rate for each item we sell. The flat rates for each item you purchase are added together to yield the flat rate for your order. Sorry, we do not offer order tracking as it substantially adds to the cost of shipping.
